This Privacy Policy explains how Fix My Review ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit fixmyrev.com or contact us about our services.

Fix My Review is based at Road 5, Mohanagar, Rampura, Dhaka, Bangladesh. We are an independent company and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google LLC.

02Information we collect

We only collect what we need to answer your questions and help with your Google review concerns.

Information you give us

Contact details: your name, email address and, if you message us on WhatsApp, your phone number.
Business details: your business name, Google Business Profile link and the links or screenshots of reviews you ask us to look at.
Your messages: anything you write to us through our contact form, email or WhatsApp.
Payment details: if you hire us, the information needed to invoice you. Card or bank details are handled by the payment provider, not stored by us.

Information collected automatically

Basic technical data such as your browser type, device, pages visited and approximate location based on your IP address.
Cookies and similar technologies, explained in the Cookies section below.

Please don't send us passwords to your Google account. We never ask for them and don't need them to help you.

Essential cookies keep the website and forms working. They can't be switched off.
Analytics cookies tell us which pages are useful. They don't identify you by name.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work properly if you do.

06How long we keep it

We keep enquiry messages for up to 24 months after our last contact, so we can pick up where we left off if you come back. If you become a client, we keep records of the work and invoices for as long as tax and accounting rules require. After that, we delete or anonymise the information.

07How we protect it

Our site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), access to our inbox and website is limited and password protected, and we only keep what we need. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information and will tell you if a breach affects you where the law requires it.

Our website and services are for businesses and are not aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10International transfers

Fix My Review works with U.S. businesses, and our team and service providers may be located in other countries, including Bangladesh. This means your information may be processed outside your home country. We take reasonable steps to keep it protected wherever it's handled.

Our site links to other websites, such as Google and WhatsApp. We are not responsible for how those sites handle your information, so please read their privacy policies.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we'll make that clear on the site.
