Policy comes first
Every recommendation links back to a specific Google policy. If a review doesn't break one, we say so and suggest a better use of your time.
About us
We're a small, independent team that helps U.S. businesses work out what's really going on with a Google review. Is it a policy problem, or just an unhappy customer? We tell you which, explain the options, and guide you through Google's own process.

Why we exist
You check your Google Business Profile and there it is. A one-star review from someone you can't place, about a visit you have no record of.
Most owners don't know what to do next. Reply? Report it? Ignore it and hope? Search online and you'll find companies promising to delete anything for a fee, and plenty of advice that breaks Google's own rules.
We started Fix My Review to give owners a calmer, more honest option. We look at the review against Google's policies, tell you plainly whether there's a real case, and help you take the right step. Sometimes that's a report. Sometimes it's a good reply. Google reviews every report and makes the final call, and we're upfront about that from the first message.
What we believe
Every recommendation links back to a specific Google policy. If a review doesn't break one, we say so and suggest a better use of your time.
No inflated promises. You'll know what's possible, what isn't and who makes the decision before any work starts.
Real feedback, even harsh feedback, belongs on your profile. We help you answer it well instead of trying to make it disappear.
Reviews only help customers when they're genuine. Everything we do protects that, for your business and for the people reading.
Who we help
We mostly work with owner-run businesses across the U.S. Each industry runs into its own kind of review trouble. Here's what we hear about most often.
Reviews about the wrong location, or rants about a delivery app the restaurant doesn't control.
Replies that have to protect patient privacy, plus reviews from people who were never patients.
Plumbers, roofers and cleaners hit by reviews posted by competitors in the same service area.
Reviews from the opposing side of a case, or from people who only made one phone call.
Sudden bursts of one-star reviews after a staff member leaves or a booking dispute.
Reviews with abusive language, or about a car that was serviced somewhere else entirely.
Don't see your industry? It doesn't matter much. Google's review policies are the same for every business, so send us the review and we'll take a look.
Working with us
No long contracts and no jargon. You'll talk to a real person, and you'll know what's happening at each stage.
Send the review link and a few lines of context by WhatsApp or email. Anything odd about timing or the reviewer helps.
We look for a real policy concern, like spam, a conflict of interest or off-topic content. If there isn't one, you'll hear that straight away.
If there's a case, we talk through the work and the quote before anything starts. If a reply is the better move, we'll help you write one.
We help you prepare a clear report through Google's official tools, explain what happens next and stay in touch until there's an outcome.
Our promise
Some things in this industry are worth saying out loud. These are the rules we hold ourselves to on every case.
Why owners choose us
Only reviews that break Google's policies can be considered for removal, and Google decides on its own. We build everything around that fact, so the advice you get is advice you can use.
Straight answers by WhatsApp or email, without the legal or tech jargon.
Every review gets looked at by a person, not run through a template.
No price lists. We understand your situation first, then quote for it.
Better replies and steady genuine reviews matter more than any single report.
