01Agreement to these terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of fixmyrev.com and to any services you request from Fix My Review ("we", "us"). By using the website or our services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or our services.

Fix My Review is based at Road 5, Mohanagar, Rampura, Dhaka, Bangladesh.

02What we do

Fix My Review helps businesses understand and act on Google review concerns. Depending on what we agree with you, this may include:

Assessing reviews against Google's published policies.
Guiding you through Google's official reporting and appeal process.
Helping you write replies to reviews.
Advising on ethical ways to get more genuine customer reviews.

We may change, add or stop offering services at any time.

03No affiliation with Google

Fix My Review is an independent company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google LLC. "Google" and "Google Business Profile" are trademarks of Google LLC and are used here only to describe the services we help with.

04No guaranteed results

Google alone decides whether a review is removed. Google reviews every report independently under its own policies, which can change at any time. We cannot remove reviews ourselves and do not have any special access to Google.

This means we cannot promise that any review will be removed, how long Google will take, or that your rating will change. Any outcome we describe, including on our case study pages, reflects a specific situation and is not a promise of the same result for you.

If we believe a review does not break Google's policies, we'll tell you honestly rather than take on work that is unlikely to help.

05Your responsibilities

When you use our services, you agree to:

Give us accurate and complete information.
Only ask for help with reviews about a business you own or are authorised to represent.
Not ask us to report reviews that you know are genuine and policy compliant just because they are negative.
Keep your own Google account login private. We will never ask for your password.
Follow Google's policies and the law, including the FTC's rules on consumer reviews.

06What we won't do

To protect you and keep our work within Google's rules, we will not:

Write, buy, sell or post reviews of any kind.
Create fake accounts or use mass flagging.
Offer customers incentives for reviews or help filter who gets asked.
Contact, threaten or pressure reviewers.
Use any method that breaks Google's policies or the law.

If a request would require any of these, we'll decline it.

07Quotes, fees and payment

We don't publish fixed prices because every case is different. After we understand your situation, we'll send you a quote describing the work and the fee. Work starts only after you accept the quote.

Payment terms, including when payment is due, any deposit and any refund terms, are set out in your quote or invoice. Unless your quote says otherwise, fees are for the work and guidance we provide, not for a particular outcome from Google.

All fees are quoted and paid in U.S. dollars (USD) and may be subject to taxes where required.

08Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel at any time by contacting us at hello@fixmyrev.com.

If you cancel before we start work, we'll refund your payment in full. If you cancel after work has started, we'll refund the part of your payment that covers work not yet done. We charge only for the work completed up to that point.

Approved refunds are paid within 14 days of your cancellation request, in U.S. dollars, using the same payment method where possible.

Because Google makes the final decision on every report, a review staying up after we've completed the agreed work is not by itself a reason for a refund, unless your quote says otherwise.

09Confidentiality

We keep the details you share with us private and only use them to provide our services. We will not publish your business name, reviews or results, for example in a case study, without your written permission. How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

10Website content

The text, design and graphics on fixmyrev.com belong to Fix My Review unless stated otherwise. You may share links to our pages, but please don't copy or republish our content without permission.

Information on our website is general guidance, not legal advice. Google's policies change, so always check the current version on Google's own help pages before relying on it.

11Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Fix My Review is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost business or damage to reputation, arising from your use of the website or our services. This includes decisions made by Google, which are outside our control.

Our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service the claim relates to. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12Indemnity

You agree to cover any losses or costs we face because you gave us false information, asked for help with a business you weren't authorised to represent, or broke these terms or the law.

13Resolving disagreements

If something goes wrong, please contact us first. Most issues can be sorted out quickly by talking them through, and we'll do our best to find a fair solution.

Nothing in these terms takes away any rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply where you live.

14Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed. The version in place when you accept a quote applies to that work.
